It was in the central location near all the attractions. It was also short walk to many cafes and restaurants, all the markets and Marrakesh

Everything in the hotel was fine and met requirements. The breakfast had a wide array of savoury food and drinks. Its location was absolutely perfect and peaceful in a beautiful setting. What's more, it was near to Marrakech old town and central Marrakech. Stayed for 3 days and did not want to leave there, I would stay here again...

The riad provided helpful advice on transportation and offered a transfer from the airport. The hospitality was great upon arrival, with complimentary water and tea. The homemade tagines were exceptional, accompanied by fresh orange juice and traditional Moroccan tea. The staff made us feel at home and ensured our breakfast was ready on time. They went above and beyond to make us feel at ease.

The staff was amazing, they made me feel like a queen! The food was delicious and the terrace was a great spot to relax. I even got a late check-out! So thoughtful.

the staff at Riad Alice Terrace & Spa were incredibly helpful and friendly, from Chaimae who provided helpful advice before our arrival, to Ayoub who greeted us warmly and offered complimentary refreshments. the food at the riad was exceptional, with homemade tagines cooked to perfection. the staff also went above and beyond to make us feel at home, showing us around the riad and the beautiful rooftop terrace. they ensured our breakfast was ready on time and arranged a transfer for us. I highly recommend staying at this riad for a truly enjoyable experience.

I got great value for my money at this riad, with a comfortable, clean and cozy room. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the bustling medina. The staff at Alice's riad treated me like family, providing excellent service and helpful tips.

The bathroom was small and lacked adequate space for toiletries. the combination of the shower and toilet made the entire bathroom wet after showering.
